January 2020. Focus on Photography.  Curator John Sullivan.

 

February 2020. Artists 9th through 12th (Grade).  Curator Liz Meyers.

  This is theMcDowell County High school aged student exhibit.  It is a judgedshow.  Mathilda Potter has agreed to be our judge again this year.

 

March 2020. Layers.  Curator Dawn Dreibus.

  This is a mixedmedia show.

 

April 2020. Seventh Anniversary Show.  Curator Lorelle Bacon.

  This showcelebrates the Gallery’s seventh anniversary.  Each artist will berequired to incorporate “seven” into their submissions in some fashion. FYI the seventh anniversary is copper.

  We will also bedoing a ribbon cutting for the grand opening of the new Annex Gallery thismonth.

  This is our annualplain air painting competition.  This is a judged show.

    This showcelebrates the end of summer in the mountains.

 

September 2020. Wearable Art (Including Quilts).  Curator Liz Meyers.

 

October 2020.  3DPast, Present, and Future.  Curator Mathilda Potter.

  The “future” artaspect is intended to focus on young artists making their first attempts at 3Dwork.

 

November/December 2020. Tiny Treasures.  Curator Helen Sullivan.

  This is an annualshow that is intended to allow artists to bring multiple small 2D and 3D worksthat could be suitable as presents for holiday gift giving.
